✦ Beach Day in West Kelowna ✦

Sun, snacks, and sand between your toes — the perfect West Kelowna reset. We packed up the essentials (weed, speaker, sunscreen, and too many snacks) and hit the shoreline to chase that Okanagan lake glow.

First stop: Willow Beach.
Calm, sunny, and perfect for easing into the day. The water was that unreal blue, the kind that makes you question if you accidentally woke up in a screensaver. Good for lounging, people-watching, and letting your mind drift while the waves handle the background noise.

Casa Loma Beach was next — small, tucked away, more locals than tourists. It had that secret spot energy, like the kind of place you find when you take a wrong turn and end up exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Pebble Beach had more texture — literally. The rocks make it less about tanning and more about just existing near the water, smoking, vibing, laughing at nothing. Felt grounding in the best way.

We wandered down to Rotary Beach, a bit busier, more energy — families, kayaks, floaties. The kind of place where summer hums out loud.

Ended the lake crawl at Pritchard Park — grassy, shady, perfect for winding down. Ate chips, talked about life, watched the light fade. Everything smelled like sunscreen and calm.

Dinner stop:Two Brothers Mexican Restaurant

Spicy, soulful, and full of that comforting post-beach hunger cure. Tacos hit different after a day in the sun — the kind of food that feels like a hug with hot sauce.✦ Mood: sunkissed + sleepy + stoned

Vibe: lake breeze, sand crusted feet, burritos as a reward
Perfect for: anyone who wants to slow down + just float
